Cruel Intentions (March 5th) - A sexy modern version of "Dangerous Liasons". In Manhattan, a young seductress makes a wager with her new step-brother - he must seduce a young virgin or lose his car. Trouble is, he loves her.
The Deep End of the Ocean (March 12th) - Nine years after losing her 3-yr-old son in a hotel lobby, a mother, her husband, and her first son must cope with the sudden reappearance of the younger son who has no memory of them.
Wing Commander (March 12th) - Based on the hit computer game series. The Terran Confederation is in a bitter war against the cat-like Kilrathi, and now a group of young guns must find and stop an immense weapon made by the Kilrathi.
Forces of Nature (March 19th) - A young man's cross-country journey to reach his new bride is continually thwarted by various natural disasters. Soon, he begins falling for his free-spirited travel companinon whose been hitching a ride.
True Crime (March 19th) - A reporter conducts an interview with Frank Beachum, a convicted killer whom the reporter comes to believe is innocent. He must find the killer within less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of execution.
The Matrix (March 31st) - A man begins having nightmares that reality around him is not real, merely a computer generated illusion. A mysterious woman, a dark stranger & a group of 'suits' become keys in his search for the truth.
Go (April 9th) - From Director Doug Liman ("Swingers"). An ensemble drama set around the Los Angeles underground nightclub scene. Three mini-stories about a group of young people all weave together in someway by night's end.
Entrapment (April 30th) - In order to find and arrest the world's most skilled cat burglar, a female insurance investigator poses as a masterthief and asks to join him in a daring heist of the world's largest bank.
The Mummy (May 7th) - In 1925, an archaeological expedition in the Sahara desert stumble upon a tomb and awaken a vengeful 3,000 year old Egyptian priest determined to bring death to those who disturbed him.
Star Wars, Episode I: The Phantom Menace (May 19th) - First of three prequels to the original "Star Wars". Two Jedi Knights discover a young boy named Anakin Skywalker who already has immense power over 'the force'.
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (June 11th) - The sexy shagadelic superspy has returned and must go back in time to the 1960's to stop Dr. Evil's insidious plan to blackmail the world's government with nukes.
Tarzan (June 18th) - Disney animated feature based on the famous novel. An expedition into the African jungle by a group of English aristocrats discovers a man raised by the apes whose in love with the team's female member.
The General's Daughter (June 18th) - The daughter of a powerful army captain is found sexually assaulted and murdered on a Georgia army base. A detective investigates and uncover a series of cover-ups by various personnel.
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut (June 30th) - Based on the hit TV series of the same name. Cartman insults Mr. Garrison, and the blame is placed squarely on the "Terrence & Phillip" show - causing a US-Canadian war.
Wild Wild West (June 30th) - In the Victorian era of the Old West, a rugged lawman & an eccentric inventor teamup to stop a madman's attempt to assassinate President Ulysses S. Grant with a giant mechanical Tarantula.
American Pie (July 9th) - A group of friends at the end of their senior year make a pact to lose their virginity by prom night. In their attempts to fulfill this mission, they come to some surprising realizations about themselves.
Eyes Wide Shut (July 16th) - From legendary director Stanley Kubrick ("The Shining", "A Clockwork Orange"). A married pair of New York psychologists investigate human sexual behaviour by having affairs with various patients of theirs.
Lake Placid (July 16th) - Someone or something is killing people around the shores of a small town lake, creating rumours of a 'sea monster'. But upon investigation, two people uncover something far more sinister than expected.
Drop Dead Gorgeous (July 23rd) - A black comedy about a small town's beauty pageant and the various contestants in it who are determined to win at any cost - even if it includes sabotage, theft and murder.
The Haunting (July 23rd) - 'Hill House' is a legendary haunted mansion which a young man just inherited. He and three others stay there to investigate the supernatural events taking place - events focussing on one of the group.
Deep Blue Sea (July 30th) - A group of scientists have genetically bred a group of ultra-intelligent sharks for medical purposes, but an accident causes the base to start sinking and frees the sharks as well. They must escape or be eaten alive.
The Blair Witch Project (July 30th) - In October of 1994, three student filmmakers disappeared in the woods near Burketsville, Maryland while shooting a documentary on an old legend. A year later their footage was found.
The Sixth Sense (August 6th) - While treating a young boy who says he is haunted by ghosts, a child psychologist discovers something fascinating, and potentially frightening, about the boy, but not without a price.
Bowfinger (August 13th) - When a producer fails to get superstar Kit Ramsey for his new action film, he decides to start filming anyway - with Kit becoming the unwitting star as the film crew trap him in situations and film what he does.
Teaching Mrs. Tingle (August 20th) - Black comedy from writer Kevin Williamson ("Scream"). Two high school girls on the verge of failing their subject end up taking their bitchy teacher hostage till she passes them.
Stigmata (September 10th) - The Vatican sends a priest to investigate a rebellious young woman showing signs of stigmata, and soon uncovers religious implications that could affect all of us and/or kill him in the process.
Double Jeopardy (September 24th) - Directed by Bruce Beresford. A woman falsely accused and convicted of her husband's murder finds out he's still alive. Now on parole, she hurries to find her son and the man who she can legally kill.
Three Kings (October 1st) - During the Gulf War, a trio of US soldiers discover an authentic treasure map leading to a hidden fortune under the sands of Kuwait - right in the middle of the battle between Iraqi and Allied forces.
Fight Club (October 15th) - Tyler Durden, projectionist, waiter, and dark, anarchist genius, is the inventor of the Fight Club--a group that encourages young men with good jobs and absent fathers to take off their shoes and shirts - and fight to the death.
House on Haunted Hill (October 29th) - Five people are offered $100,000 each by an eccentric millionaire and his wife - the catch, they must spend the night at an old mansion rumoured to be haunted. As the night progresses they must try to survive.
The Bone Collector (November 5th) - A quadriplegic detective on the verge of suicide find reinvestment in life when he begins chasing down a serial killer. With the help of a doctor whose studying the case, they try finding the 'bone collector'.
The Insider (November 5th) - Based on the true story of Jeffrey Wigland, an executive in the tobacco industry who formed a friendship with "60 minutes" producer Lowell Bergman, and turned whistle blower on the industry.
Dogma (November 12th) - Two fallen angels attempt to get back into heaven via a hackneyed scheme of an eccentric priest. But if they succeed, the universe will end so God sends an abortion clinic doctor, Jay & Silent Bob to stop them.
Sleepy Hollow (November 19th) - In 17th century upstate New York, a constable with a unique approach to solving crimes investigates a series of murders believed to have been committed by a ghostly figure known as the 'headless horseman'.

The Green Mile (December 10th) - Based on the Stephen King novella series. In a 1930's prison where most of the inmates are sentenced to death row. he group discovers a murderer suddenly has the magical power to heal lives.
Man on the Moon (December 22nd) - Directed by Milos Forman ("Amadeus"). A biographical look at the life of comedian Andy Kaufman, an eccentric genius known forhis outlandish practical jokes and his work on the TV series "Taxi".
Galaxy Quest (December 25th) - One of the hottest 70's TV shows was a sci-fi series following a crew who wage interstellar war against aliens. Years later, REAL aliens kidnap the actors who mistake the show for real life documentation.
The Talented Mr. Ripley (December 25th) - Directed by Anthony Minghella ("The English Patient"). In the early 1900's, a young American is hired to convince a wealthy Italian playboy to return to his family in the US - but soon starts emulating him. |
