Netflix has set a Friday, May 18th premiere date and released the first trailer for the second season of their controversial teen suicide drama “13 Reasons Why”.
Set in the aftermath of Hannah Baker’s suicide, the new season sees the start of the characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed.
A series of ominous Polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret and a conspiracy to cover it up. Netflix has also added new resources to 13ReasonsWhy.info including a set of videos where cast members address issues in the series including bullying, sexual assault and drug abuse.
