Several cast members are still holding out in their deals for the movie version of the HBO comedy “Entourage” at Warner Bros. Pictures.
The project got the green light back in January with creator Doug Ellin slated to direct from his own script. Filming was to begin in May.
It never did. In fact filming hasn’t begun yet because deals for the cast are still being worked out. A source tells Page Six:
“They wanted to start filming early this summer, but the cast has been on hold. Jeremy (Piven) finally signed his contract two weeks ago. His deal closed August 29th. But there are other members of the cast, including Adrian Grenier and Jerry Ferrara, who are still holding out.”
It’s currently not known when the film will begin shooting.
