Breaking Bad Finale Sports Costly Ads

AMC has reportedly been seeking a hefty sum of $300,000 to $400,000 for 30-second spots on the series finale of AMC’s “Breaking Bad” tomorrow.

That’s a hefty charge, more than double the usual fee of around $130,000-$140,000. Yet, there’s obvious interest as ad buyers have snapped up all the spots available with the network already sold out of ad time on the episode.

Other high profile finales that charged hefty sums were “Lost” ($900,000), “24” ($650,000) and “The Office” ($400,000).
